Twelve of Hong Kong’s top entertainers will perform on July 19th for the All Star Charity Gala at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

On Sunday, July 19th, the Vancouver Convention Centre will host an extravaganza like no other. Twelve of Hong Kong’s top artists and entertainers will travel to Vancouver to commemorate the 22nd anniversary of Fairchild Television, as well as the 15th anniversary of Emperor Entertainment Group.

Emperor Entertainment Group (EEG) and TVB from Hong Kong are collaborating with Fairchild TV to produce the All Star Charity Gala. All proceeds from the event will be donated to VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation to support our hospitals’ most urgent needs.

“Vancouver has been very good to Fairchild over the years,” says Thomas Fung, Chairman and CEO of Fairchild Group. “We are proud to produce this event, and equally proud to give back and support VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation and all they do to provide outstanding medical care to adults in
British Columbia.”

The all-star line up includes some familiar faces in Vancouver: Miss Chinese Vancouver and Miss Chinese International Gloria Tang, the most promising new idol, Canadian born Fred Cheng and the very talented and long-time Fairchild performer and first runner up of Miss Hong Kong Jacqueline Wong.

With these Vancouverites back home to perform for this fundraising event, the event is much more meaningful than a traditional performance. Joining them onstage are EEG singers Raymond Lam, Hins Cheung, Vincy Chan, Gillian Chung, Sherman Chung, Ken Hung, and Alex Hung and TVB artists Kate
Tsui and Hubert Wu.
