Hal Spelliscy and his friends Blane Despres and Kevin Mason safely arrived at the ALS Society of BC in Richmond on Wednesday, June 7 after riding their motorcycles 5900 km across Canada in under 90 hours to raise funds and hope for patients at the ALS Centre.

Inspired by his sister who was diagnosed with ALS 23 years ago, Hal and his friends succeeded in raising over $36,000 for the ALS Centre at GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre.

A sincere thank you to all of those who supported Iron Ride for ALS and provided the encouragement and motivation needed for Hal, Blane and Kevin to reach their goal. Congratulations Hal, Kevin and Blane for helping to provide greater care and hope for ALS patients at the ALS Centre for years to come.
