We have materials and services you can use to make donating in memory of a friend or loved one as easy as possible. You can also designate memorial donations to support different areas and programs around our hospitals and health care centres.

If you would like to add wording to an obituary or memorial write-up that directs family and friends to make a donation in lieu of flowers, please consider using the following:

Brochures and Custom Donation Slips
