Winnie Leung
Lawyer
Winnie Leung is a lawyer at Direction Legal LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005. Winnie’s practice includes corporate and commercial law, real estate transactions, estate planning, and family agreements. She is known for providing practical, strategic legal advice tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and businesses.
Tina Tam
CPA, CA, MASC
Tina Tam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia. After beginning her career as a chemical engineer, she transitioned into public accounting, articling with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte) and later joining KPMG to specialize in taxation. Tina provides taxation, estate, and succession planning services for owner-managers, corporations, and new immigrants, as well as tax compliance for individuals, non-residents, and corporations. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, engineering, retail and real estate investment.
