2014 SCHEDULE

9:00 am
Drive Thru Registration Opens. This quick and efficient registration means you don’t have to worry about your clubs – Point Grey staff will take them from your trunk, tag them, and load them on your golf cart for you!

9:00 am – 10:30 am
Buffet Breakfast; Driving Range Opens.  Enjoy a breakfast buffet as you mingle with familiar faces and meet new ones. Afterwards, head to the driving range for a few warm up drives!

10:40 am
Rules of Play Review; All Golfers to starting Hole.  Your cart awaits with water, GPS, scorecard and golf balls.

11:00 am
Shotgun start!

11:00 am – 4:30 pm
Golf and Lunch on the Green.  You will be well-fueled for the day with plenty of complimentary refreshing beverages and light snacks.  Lunch will take place on the green with a variety of offerings from our generous restaurant and food sponsors.

4:30 pm
19th Hole Reception

5:10 pm
Dinner program begins

6:35 pm
Live auction and prizing announcements

7:30 pm
Evening concludes
