Community Health Services is a division of Vancouver Coastal Health that delivers multifaceted health care to Vancouverites in their neighbourhoods. Medical experts provide a continuum of health care for all ages – newborns to elders – with an emphasis on health promotion, prevention as well as primary, secondary, rehabilitative and palliative care.
